When you use our service we may collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), county and Eircode (optional), and photos and descriptions of your property that you voluntarily share. We do not collect financial information or passwords.
Solely to: review your photos and provide guidance; reply to you; and understand the nature of the problem. Legal basis under GDPR: legitimate interest and your consent on submission.
Submissions are received through Tally.so, a secure encrypted platform. Your data is not stored on unsecured devices and is only accessed to provide the guidance you requested.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third parties, advertisers, or companies. The only exception would be a legal requirement by an Irish court or authority.
We retain your submission for up to 12 months after your last contact. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Under GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, and port your data. Email info@buildtrusts.uk to exercise any right. We respond within 30 days.
